•  Terms & Conditions for User Research Interview Campaign

These Terms and Conditions govern Modak's User Research Interview program (the “Interview”). By accepting our invitation and scheduling a meeting, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Reward: The recipients of the invitation email by Modak are the only people eligible to claim the reward.

‍

2. Interview Process: Participants are required to schedule a 30-minute live call via mobile phone or desktop. The participant's device must be capable of screen sharing for the duration of the interview.

‍

3. Reward: 

• The reward for participating in the interview is $20 USD.
• Only one interview is allowed per family. 
• The reward is redeemable within a period of up to 3 weeks from the date of the interview completion. Failure to redeem the reward within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the award.
  
  

4. Reward Disbursement: Following the completion of the interview, participants will receive the reward credited to their Modak's Account. The reward will be processed within the next 3 business days after the interview completion.

5. Modification or Termination: The User Research Interview program starts Nov 22nd, 2023. The termination date of the campaign is June 30th, 2024. Modak reserves the right to modify or terminate the User Research Interview program at any time without prior notice.

6. Data Privacy: Modak will treat all information obtained during the interview process in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Consent: By participating in the User Research Interview, you consent to Modak's use of any feedback or information provided during the interview for research and improvement purposes.

‍9. Acceptance of Terms: Your participation in the User Research Interview indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Modak reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. It is the participant's responsibility to review and be aware of any changes.
