About "Modak Partnership Program"
- Incentives: As part of the "Modak Partnership Program", you will have the opportunity to refer friends to create and use the MoCard. Both the referrer (you) and the new user will receive a $20 incentive on the MoCard when the new user makes their first transaction with the MoCard.
- Program Duration: This referral program is valid until October 31, 2023.
- New users will not be able to join the partner program between October 13 to October 17 due to system maintenance.
Process:
- Unique Codes: Each member of the "Modak Partnership Program" will be assigned a unique referral code. For example, "MEL20."
- Referring a Friend: Each member of the "Modak Partnership Program" can refer their friends by encouraging them to create a MoCard account and make their first transaction.
- Entering the Referral Code: When a referred friend (e.g., Rob) makes their first transaction, they should initiate a chat on our customer support, either on the web or the app, and select the "I have a code" option.
- Completing the Form: Rob should provide their email, phone number, and the unique referral code, for example "MEL20."
- Verification: Our operations team will verify that Rob has indeed made their first transaction.
- Incentive Payout: Upon successful verification, Rob will receive $20 credited to their MoCard account, and MoCard lover Mel will also receive $20 credited to their MoCard account. The incentive payout will be processed by our operations team within 1 business day upon request received using the form.
Additionally, we have established a Facebook group named "Modak Partners," within which we intend to introduce an array of distinct promotions and challenges.
Participation in this group is reserved exclusively for individuals who have duly completed the requisite application process and are duly enrolled in the Modak Partnership Program.
It is important to emphasize that exclusive access to participation and rewards for these initiatives shall be granted solely to individuals who are registered members of the "Modak Partners" Facebook group.
One such initiative comprises the following:
For new users who become Modak Partners and proceed to create their Modak accounts, alongside requesting their Modak card, a sum of $50 will be credited to their MoCard (Modak card). This promotional offer is valid exclusively for members of the Facebook group and remains in effect until October 31, 2023.
Partners are not eligible to receive a referral reward.
The person who has received the $20 as a referral cannot participate in the "Get $50 for getting the Modak Card" promotion.
General Terms:
- Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to fake referrals, is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the program.
- User information, once provided during account creation, cannot be changed or updated. Users are encouraged to use accurate and accessible information to ensure eligibility for the incentive.
- Transactions made using payment methods such as Cash App or PayPal will not be considered eligible for the referral program.
- MoCard reserves the right to modify or terminate the Modak Partnership Program at any time, with or without notice.
- The Modak Partnership Program is subject to local laws and regulations, and participation may be restricted or void where prohibited.
- By participating in this program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Please note that these terms and conditions are for the first version of the Modak Partnership Program. We may make updates and revisions in the future, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about any changes. - Modak reserves the right to suspend any code from any partner at any time, without explicit communication of the reasons to the Partner.
- The incentive will be given for new MoCard users.
