Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the Black Friday Campaign 2023 Promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
- Participants must be teens with a MoCard.
- Transactions made to the following merchants, will not be considered eligible for the campaign: Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Crypto platforms, and other peer to peer, gift card, or fintech payment platforms. This is because the intent is to encourage people to use MoCard at regular merchants and help regular businesses during the holiday season.
- The minimum transaction amount is set at $5 per transaction.
Promotion Period
This campaign will be active between November 22nd, 2023 and November 26th, 2023, inclusive.
Limits
- Each MoCard transaction is eligible for one entry into the challenge.
- Cashback rewards are subject to Dosh terms and conditions and availability in the user's location.
Prize
- The teen with the most MoCard transactions will receive 5,000 MBX.
- The prize is non-transferable.
Winner Notification
The winner of the campaign will be announced on November 27th, 2023, and notifications will be sent via email.
How to Claim the Prize
The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their Modak account and the prize will be sent to the winner within 2 business days after the announcement.
Liability and Disputes
- Modak is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Any disputes relating to this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state in which Modak operates.
General Terms and Conditions
- Modak reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
- Modak is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, internet outages, that may affect participation in the campaign.
- The campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
- By participating in this campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Modak reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at its discretion. Participants are encouraged to review Modak's privacy policy and terms of service.
- The prize is redeemable within a period of up to 3 weeks from the date of the winning notification. Failure to redeem the prize within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the award.
