Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the Modak $25 Giveaway Promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
- The Promotion is open only to recipients of the survey invitation email sent by Modak on 11/21/2023.
- Participants must have an active Modak account with a valid email address associated with it.
Promotion Period
- The Promotion begins on 11/21/2023, when the survey invitation email is sent.
- Participants must complete and submit the survey by 11/26/2023 to be eligible for the giveaway.
Survey Participation
- To enter the giveaway, eligible participants must complete the survey sent to them via email.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.
Giveaway Draw
- The giveaway draw will take place on 11/27/2023.
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received using Modak's internal randomizer tool.
Prize
- The winner of the giveaway will receive $25, credited to their Modak account.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Winner Notification
- The winner will be notified via the email associated with their Modak account on 11/27/2023.
- If the winner is unable to receive their reward due to a blocked or canceled account, Modak reserves the right to withdraw the prize and randomly select a replacement winner using the internal randomizer tool.
Prize Distribution
- The $25 prize will be deposited into the winner’s Modak account within 2 business days of announcing the winner.
General Conditions
- Modak reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or outside the reasonable control of Modak.
- By entering this Promotion, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Liability and Disputes
- Modak is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Any disputes relating to this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state in which Modak operates.
