1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the Modak’s Donation Strategy (The “Modak’s Donation Strategy”). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility:
- Any person who has a social network such as Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn can take part in this campaign. The social media profiles must be real and authentic. Participants must be residents of the United States.
- The action to be taken is to share (on Facebook or LinkedIn) or retweet (on Twitter) the latest post made by Modak, which refers to donations to the chosen organizations.
3. Promotion Period:
This campaign will be active between 12/15/2023 and 01/14/2024.
4. Prize:
- Modak will donate $1 for each shared or retweeted post. The same person can share the post on different social networks, and each instance will count as a separate action. For example, if a person shares the post on both LinkedIn and Twitter, Modak will donate $2 to the selected organizations.
- For every person who signs up on Modak using the referral code DONATENOW, Modak will donate an additional $1 to the aforementioned organizations. The referral code is valid until December 25, 2023.
- The charities and organizations selected by Modak are: Toys for tots & Operation Christmas Child & St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
- Modak will donate a maximum of $500 in total, across all three organizations.
- The total amount raised from the shares/retweets will be divided equally among the three aforementioned organizations.
- Modak could (if Modak decides to) increase the maximum donation amount.
5. Winner Notification
On 12/27/2023 Modak will send its donations to the aforementioned organizations.
6. Liability and Disputes
Modak is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.Any disputes relating to this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state in which Modak operates.
7. Privacy and SecurityWe prioritize the privacy and security of your information. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. General Terms and Conditions:
- Modak reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
- Modak is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, internet outages, that may affect participation in the campaign.
- The campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.By participating in this campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Modak reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at its discretion. Participants are encouraged to review Modak's privacy policy and terms of service.
