1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the Modak Partners v2. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility:
- New users who register with the code MODAKPARTNERS1.
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age (or older if you reside in a state where the age of majority is older)
3. Limits/exceptions:
- Current users will follow the regular referral terms and conditions.
- The maximum number of referrals allowed is 8.
- Transactions made to the following merchants, will not be considered eligible for the campaign: Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Crypto platforms, and other peer to peer or fintech payment platforms. This is because the intent is to encourage people to use MoCard at regular merchants and help regular businesses during the holiday season.
- The minimum transaction amount is set at $5 per transaction.
4. Promotion Period:
This campaign will be active between 15/03/2024 and 31/03/2024
5. Prize:
- You will receive $10 once you register with the code MODAKPARTNERS1 and make a transaction of at least $5 with your MoCard. Valid only for new users.
- The prize is non-transferable.
8. Liability and Disputes
- Modak is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Any disputes relating to this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state in which Modak operates.

10. General Terms and Conditions:
- Modak reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
- Modak is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, internet outages, that may affect participation in the campaign.
- The campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
- By participating in this campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Modak reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at its discretion. Participants are encouraged to review Modak's privacy policy and terms of service.
- The prize is redeemable within a period of up to 3 weeks from the date of the winning notification. Failure to redeem the prize within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the award.
