• Terms and Conditions for the $20 Amazon Gift card giveaway

These Terms and Conditions govern the Modak $20 Amazon gift card Giveaway Promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to recipients of the survey invitation email sent by Modak on 01/15/2024.
‍

Participants must add their full name and email in the survey to be able to participate.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 01/15/2024, when the survey invitation email is sent.
‍

Participants must complete and submit the survey by 01/21/2024 to be eligible for the giveaway.

Survey Participation
‍
To enter the giveaway, eligible participants must complete the survey sent to them via email.
‍

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.

‍

Giveaway Draw
‍
The giveaway draw will take place on 01/22/2024.
‍

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received using Modak’s internal randomizer tool.

‍

Prize
‍
The winner of the giveaway will receive a $20 Amazon Gift card in the email address they used to fill the survey
‍

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Notification
‍
The winner will be notified via the email associated with their Modak account on 01/22/2024

‍

Prize Distribution
‍
The $20 Amazon Gift card will be sent to the winner’s email within 1-2 business days.

General Conditions

Modak reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or outside the

reasonable control of Modak.

By entering this Promotion, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Liability and Disputes

Modak is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.
‍

Any disputes relating to this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state in which Modak operates.
