Terms and Conditions for Unlock the Mystery Strategy
Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the Unlock the Mystery Strategy (The Unlock the Mystery Strategy) By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
- The "Unlock the Mystery" strategy (hereinafter referred to as "Mystery Box") is open to all users who download the Parent app and assign a chore to their teenage child within the months of February and March,2024
- To participate, parents must download the Parent app and assign a chore to their teen.
- Participation in the Strategy implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Mystery Box Raffle
- The Mystery Box raffle will occur when 500 parents have downloaded the app and assigned a chore to their teenage child. Users will be able to check the counter using this link.
Disclaimer: If the amount of users is not reached, the team will perform the raffle with the amount of users that have performed the action by the end of March.
- The prize contained within the Mystery Box will remain secret until April 1st, or the date when the goal is reached.
Prize
- The prize awarded in the Mystery Box raffle is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The prize could be things as rewards that will be deposited in the parent balance.
Chores limits & App Download.
- Parents can only download the Parent App one time to participate.
- There’s no limit on how many chores you can assign to their teens.
Disclaimer: parents will still have the same chances of winning the raffle regardless of how many chores they assign.
Winner Selection:
- We will select 5 winners out of the 500 parents who downloaded the app.
- The winners of the Mystery Box raffle will be selected randomly from all eligible participants using a raffle platform.
- The winners will be notified via email and social media on the next business day we have reached the goal of having 500 parents with the Parent App who have assigned a chore to their teens.
Privacy and Security

General Terms and Conditions:
- Modak reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
- Modak is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, internet outages, that may affect participation in the campaign.
- The campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
- By participating in this campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Modak reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at its discretion. Participants are encouraged to review Modak's privacy policy and terms of service.
- The prize is redeemable within a period of up to 3 weeks from the date of the winning notification. Failure to redeem the prize within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the award.
