1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern Modak’s small collabs (“Modaks bloggers collaborations”) By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility:
- The bloggers we choose to collaborate with will benefit from this campaign.
- To qualify for consideration, participating bloggers are required to have posted a review about Modak on their blog and must have fulfilled the agreed-upon terms outlined in the initial collaboration brief.
3. Limits/exceptions:
Modak reserves the right to define what constitutes a "small blogger" based on our predefined categories.
4. Promotion Period:
This campaign will be active between 27/03/2024 and 30/06/2024.
5. Blogger payment and rewards:
- The blogger payment will follow the agreed-upon terms outlined in the initial collaboration brief.
- Each blogger will have their own referral code (applies to Modak users).
- For every new user who registers using the referral code provided by the blogger in the review, both will receive $10 in their MoCard after this new user completes a transaction of at least $5.

7. Liability and Disputes
- Modak is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Any disputes relating to this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state in which Modak operates.

We prioritize the privacy and security of your information. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. General Terms and Conditions:
- Modak reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
- Modak is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, internet outages, that may affect participation in the campaign.
- The campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
- By participating in this campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Modak reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at its discretion. Participants are encouraged to review Modak's privacy policy and terms of service.
- The payment is redeemable within a period of up to 3 weeks from the date of the reporting the task done.
